We haven't collected a base of verified, permissioned reviews yet. Rather than publish testimonials we can't substantiate, or borrow language from a "cash home buyer" template, we're leaving this page honest until we have real, attributable feedback from people we've closed with — and their consent to publish it.
In the meantime, we would rather show you something you can check independently: recorded property transfers with Cuyahoga County, searchable by parcel number, tied to the exact entity name we close in.
