Closings run through Pinnacle Title Agency, a licensed title company independent from us. They run the title search, resolve liens, and disburse funds at closing — you can call them directly to confirm a scheduled closing on your file.

We operate as Stonegate Capital Group LLC, formed in Wyoming in 2026, with a mailing address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. This is the exact entity name that appears as grantee on the recorded deeds above.
